Vintage 18K Yellow Gold Interchangeable Diamond Ruby Flower Pin Brooch

This is a stunning vintage marked 18K Italy flower brooch that has an interchangeable center rubies or diamonds. The brooch has a chrysanthemum shape. The diamond or ruby center screws on then can be locked in place in the back. The diamond portion has 22 diamonds between .05 -10 they average I-J color VS-2/SI-1 clarity. There are approximately 2 carats natural rubies have nice reddish pink color. Pin measures 2.5 x 2" weight with both centers 25.5 grams, Excellent condition
