This is a stunning Antique 18K solid yellow gold letter opener with blue plique a jour design. The top of the letter opener is marked Tiffany & Co # 18738 Makers 5704 18K Gold M, dating it c.1920. The blue plique a jour art nouveau design is in good condition. Light wear commensurate with age no damages, Weight 35.7 grams, Measures 6 ¼” long 5/8” inches wide. This is a an extremely rare collectors piece of antique Tiffany & Co gold designs.
