Vintage Designer Ionescu Fancy Multicolor Sapphire Diamond 18k Gold Ring

This is a beautiful vintage designer ring made by Ion Ionescu with hallmarks and marked 18K. The ring has a brushed polished gold design set with fancy color pink orange sapphires and rubies. The 32 natural stones have different shapes pear, round and oval. The ring is set with 13 small round white diamonds. The back of the ring has a filigree design. The ring is in excellent condition, Weight 20.4 grams, Face of the ring measures 16mm high by 24mm wide, Ring Size 6 1/2, This designer won "best in show" for evening wear at the AGTA show for one of their ring designs.
