Antique Marked 14k White Gold & Diamonds Cameo Pendant Brooch. It has a folding ring at the top allowing the new owner to wear it as a pendant or fold the ring down and use it as a pin on the back as a brooch. This has a nice clean white diamond worn as a necklace by the carved cameo lady. We test every item marked or not and this tests for 14k solid gold. It is also marked 14k on the pin clasp.
