Beautiful Antique Mappin & Webb London Sterling Silver Wine Bottle Holder. It has beautifully detailed high relief sculptured shell and foliate designs all around it. It has English hallmarks of a walking lion, a panther head and the date letter S. It is marked Mappin and Webb on the underside. Weight 290.4 grams almost 10 troy ounces. It measures from side to side across the top 5 1/8 inches. From the bottom to the top it measures just a hair under 4 inches.
