Beautiful Antique French Mercury Gilt Bronze Clock Circa 1800. The clock depicts a seated lady with one of her feet resting on an architectural ruin of an ancient column. The clock movement has just been overhauled, cleaned and it is working fine. Included is the key and pendulum. It strikes the bell once on the half hour and the number of hours on the hour.This is a wonderful antique clock offered at a great price. It measures 20 inches to the top of the lady's head. 14-1/2 inches wide and 5-1/2 deep. It is in very good to excellent preowned condition commensurate with age and use. It weighs 20 pounds.
