Exquisite vintage 1+ carat ruby & 24 diamonds 18k Gold Ring. The ring has a beautiful vintage 1 + carat oval cut ruby in the center. Bordering the ruby are 24 round cut diamonds I color VS-2 clarity. Combined gem weight is more than 2 carats. The face of the ring from top to bottom measures 20 mm. From side to side it measures 18 mm. Ring size 7-1/2. It is also marked 18k on the inside of the ring shank and has engraved numbers for identification purposes, also on the ring shank. Weight 14 grams. Excellent condition.
