Superb Vintage 14k Opals Gold Pin. The center opal is an oval cabochon. It measures 3 carats. There are seven opals bordering the center opal. They meaure .40 carat each. There are 3 dangling opals at the bottom. They measure .8 carats each. From the top of the brooch to the bottom of the dangling opal it measures more than 2 inches long. Width 1-1/2 inches. Weight 13.8 grams. Although unmarked we test every jewelry item marked or not and this brooch is guaranteed to be 14k solid gold. I think it would be beautiful to worn as a brooch or pendant on a necklace.
