The lady is wearing a 14k gold white diamond pendant. The diamond is I color VS-2 clarity and measures .10 carat. The 14k gold frame has a beautiful floral and foliate design. It is marked 14k on the pin catch. It has a folding loop at the top allowing the new owner to wear this as a pendant or fold it down and wear it as a brooch with the long pin on the back.
