Antique Czechoslovakia Prague 1846 Silver Snuff Box

Antique Czechoslovakia Prague 1846 Silver Snuff Box with a maker's mark that looks like JR along with other markings on the inside of the box indicating the box was made in 1846. The box has beautiful hand chased engravings on the underside, sides, and top. It has a 2 letter monogram on the top cartouche on the surface of the box that looks like CK. This is a wonderful antique 1846 Czechoslovakian made in Prague silver snuff box. It measures 3-1/4 inches long, 2 inches deep, and 1/2 inch high. Weight 85.2 grams. Overall excellent condition commensurate with age and use. Snuff boxes like these are very rare and seldom come up for sale. Guaranteed to please as are all our items.
