Vintage 14k Gold Frame Cameo Pendant/Brooch

Vintage 14k gold frame cameo pendant/brooch. A chain may be inserted through top of pendant to be worn as necklace. The pin back may be used to wear it as a brooch. It is marked 585 and numbered on the bottom of the back of the brooch, indicating it is 14k gold. Length 1-1/2 inches, width 1-1/8 inches. Weight 7 grams.
