Beautiful Antique 18k Diamonds Ruby Sapphire Brooch

Beautiful antique 18k gold diamonds ruby and sapphire brooch. The brooch has a cut out design with 3 flowers in the center of the brooch, one with a ruby, one with a sapphire, and one with a diamond center. Above the flowers is a triangular shape with an old cut diamond in the center. This is a lovely hand made antique brooch with a 7/8 inch diameter. Weight 3.7 grams. It is in excellent condition and guaranteed to please its new owner.
