Gold Threaded Signed Durand Iridescent Art Glass Vase

Beautiful tall gold iridescent threaded art glass vase signed V. Durand and numbered 186-. This may have been an experimental piece for Durand. Many of the gold threads were lost in the firing of this vase. The iridescent golden colors show beautifully when light reflects off the surface of the vase. This is a big one measuring 9-7/8 inches tall. Widest width 5 inches. Diameter at top 4-1/8 inches. Diameter at base 3-3/4 inches. This is a very rare model that will look lovely in a cabinet with other art glass vases. This is the first of this model we have had the pleasure to see, purchase, and offer for sale.
