Antique Nude Bronze Lady With Cup & Horn Signed Keck

Beautiful antique bronze sculpture of a nude lady getting ready to party wearing grapes in her hair and holding a horn in one hand and goblet in the other. Artist signed H. Keck fec, fec after the artist's names means "made by the hand of" and is an original made by the name that precedes fec. The detail and quality are extraordinary. Her face looks very much alive, you expect her to move at any moment. She is on her original ,marble octagonal base. Both the bronze and base are in excellent condition. She ahs a lovely chocolate brown patina. She measures 10-1/2 inches high, not including the base she measures 7-3/4 inches high. Widest width from goblet to elbow measures 5 inches. We have only seen a few other bronze sculptures by this artist. Every one we have seen is exceptional. Keck created some of the most life like bronzes known. Weight: 3 lbs.
