Antique Enamel Topped Portrait Jewelry Box

Beautiful antique enamel inset jewelry box. The enamel inset is a beautiful hand enameled portrait of a lady. It is artist initialed looks like HG. The enamel is in very good condition no losses showing only a couple of tiny scratches expected to be found on a piece of this age that has been used and enjoyed for more than 100 years. The box has a tiny ding on the very bottom sown in the close up picture, otherwise it is in excellent condition. The enamel portrait has a 2-1/2 inch diameter. The box itself has a 3-7/8 inch diameter and a height of 2 inches. This a lovely French enamel gilt lined metal jewelry box. Guaranteed to please as are all our items.
