Regal Gilt Bronze Jeweled 5 Pc. Desk Set

Antique Regal Gilt Bronze Five Piece Desk Set. This set includes : (1) a bell for attendants or servants. The bell measures 3 and 7/8 inches high and has a diameter of 2 and 5/8 inches. (2) A letter opener measuring 8 and 3/4 inches long and 1 inch wide at the jeweled handle top. (3) A paper weight measuring 3 and 3/4 inches long , 2 and 1/4 inches wide and 2 inches tall. (4) A pen tray measuring 9 and 5/8 inches long, 3 and 1/8 inches wide. (5) A Hinged and covered ink well measuring 5 and 1/4 inches tall with a diameter of 4 and 3/4 inches. All the items in this are jeweled with tiny turquoise and garnets or rubies. Each item has a shield shaped cartouche where one could have engraved initials or a coat of arms . The cartouches are not engraved. Some of the tiny jewels are lacking. Each item has exquisitely detailed engraved flowers . This is an extraordinary set.
