Antique Unique Signed 800 Silver gilt interior cigarette case with sapphires

Beautiful antique 800 silver gilt interior cigarette case set with sapphires and a sapphire closer. This is a very rare and beautifully hand finished case with a unique shape and design. The interior has a gold wash. The top of the box is marked 800. To the right it is artist signed WR. To the left of the 800 mark is an unfamiliar marking.
